We updated this beautiful home in Natick by fully remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. To open up the space, we knocked down a load-bearing wall and installed a structural LVL beam for lasting support. The result? A brighter, more open layout designed for modern living.
Removing a load-bearing wall is one of the most impactful changes a homeowner can make — but it requires proper structural engineering, permitting, and licensed execution to do safely. We handled the full process: structural assessment, permit filing with the Town of Natick, LVL beam sizing and installation, and final inspection sign-off.
